Ready to take the lead in a busy, creative signage studio?

We’re looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join our Northampton team on a full-time, permanent basis, working closely with our Managing Director to keep the studio moving and our standards high.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day workflow across sign production, installation, printing and design, including production schedules, quality control, stock, customers and suppliers.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in:
- Sign making & installation
- Vehicle wrapping
- Digital printers & laminators
- Adobe Creative Cloud & SignLab

You’ll need to be organised, reliable and quality-driven, with the confidence to keep projects moving while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Experience leading or supporting a team would be a great advantage.
