The Nine Attitudes of Mindfulness
Saturday 24th November 2018, 11-4pm
Quaker Meeting House, 2 Miller Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1QJ
Mindfulness for All invites you to come and deepen your practice, by learning about the Nine Attitudes of Mindfulness.
The Nine Attitudes of Mindfulness derive from the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and include Beginner's Mind, Non-Judging, Acceptance, Letting Go, Trust, Patience, Non-striving, Gratitude and Generosity.
On the day, mindfulness teachers Gareth Williams and Rosina Morrison will be talking about each of the attitudes, in turn, and providing opportunities for practice and reflective discussion to help bring the learning to life.
