P o l i t e • R e m i n d e r 💚

Most of you will know that as well running a small design business, I do also work full time and this business is something I choose to do completely in my own time.

As a busy small business, it’s not fair for me to be creating custom designs for people, who then don’t purchase or reply to messages regarding delivery/collection.

For larger jobs I do tend to take a 50% deposit, but for smaller jobs and single items I usually let people pay on delivery/collection. I don’t really want to have to change this, as majority of my customers are great 🥰 but there are a few that can sometimes spoil this, so this is just a polite reminder to PLEASE bare this in mind and only request designs if you are going to make a purchase.
