In the thick of the action from Garages 1 & 2 at Snetterton today with Innovation Racing . Thanks for hosting us today & well done to the team & drivers for an amazing season.

Theres a lot going on behind the scenes which the motorsport fans don’t always get to see but this week we have been up close & personal with seeing exactly what goes into running a team. Quite literally everyone involved really stepped up this week to pull out all the stops (with even more crazy hours than usual) so a big shout out to everyone helped in some way to get car 11 out this weekend. This goes for my staff at Race Car Graphics UK (for transforming the look of the Ginetta once again), at Innovation Racing (for the hard bit of rebuilding the car in the short time they had left after we had finished with it) but also for everyone that donated towards the cause! Amazing to see what’s possible when everyone works together & thanks once again to you all.

Bring on the next season & hope to come support you all at a few more races!

As a lot of you already know, we work closely with a local body shop so we can offer a seamless service without the need for you to deal with several suppliers. As not so many of you know, we do graphics for any vehicles including motorbikes!

We had this Ducati Monster tank in for a fresh lick of paint & factory spec graphics. Once painted, we collected & replicated the size & style of the factory graphics. These were then applied & sent back to the bodyshop for lacquer to seal the graphics & protect from potential fuel spills exactly how they would have left the factory.

We also have 2 motorbikes booked in next week for complete graphics so if you are after graphics but prefer 2 wheels, we can help you too…

It’s rare you see a Jetta on U.K. roads these days let alone one as unique as this Kyle

In striking Imola yellow, the customer clearly didn’t think this USDM example stood out enough so approached ABS Motorsport for a a full bespoke wide arch kit. The car looked amazing before we even added our touch but now with full race livery, I’m sure you will agree this really does finish the car off.

In this instance, the customer approached us with a design already created so we just had to tweak it for the unique bodywork, cut & apply. A couple of days later & the transformation was complete. All carried out using Hexis vinyls, you know it’s sure to continue looking this good for years to come.

Who doesn’t love a History Rally Group 4 Ford Es**rt Mk2? Although stunning, it did look bare prior to coming into Race Car Graphics. We installed some simple but effective, period correct decals to both sides in Metamark Orange which i’m sure you all agree, really finishes the car off.

Mercedes Viano came in with a roof that was looking a little worse for wear… so we gave it the matt black wrap treatment — and what a difference!

With plenty of recesses and tricky areas to work around, this was definitely not the easiest roof we’ve wrapped. But the extra time, patience and attention to detail are always worth it when the finished result looks this good.

How not to do it! We were contacted by someone to redo a vehicle urgently as needed for a race weekend but had only recently been done elsewhere. Before I elaborate, I will stress this was NOT us & nor was it a company in Norwich or the surrounding area so don’t panic if you’ve just had a job done elsewhere nearby. We have photo shopped out any identifying graphics to save the companies identity but honestly cannot believe an established business thinks this is ok (yes this was a proper company & not a DIY job done on a driveway like it looks).

This is what happens within a matter of weeks if the incorrect vinyl is used, installed incorrectly & rushed. Vinyl has lifted & distorted, its not been wrapped around panel edges or under trims / handles, straight lines have not been machine cut or cut with knifeless tape, countless bubbles under the graphics, overlaps are sloppy & not hidden in panel joins or swage lines, edges left unfinished & unstuck so exposed edges are defintely not sealed, plus its been done in such small sections to get the most out of the cheap vinyl that it looks like a patchwork quilt.

We will post photos of the repairs which we have now completed in a few weeks time but for now, enjoy having a scroll through these beauties (photos of how the car arrived, THIS IS NOT OUR WORK)...
