In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, last Friday, Beks and Anesa attended the Thrive: Workplace Wellbeing session hosted by , and it was an incredibly insightful and valuable experience.
The session highlighted how stress, wellbeing, and internal struggles can impact not only our personal lives, but also our work and the way we connect with those around us. It gave us practical tools to better recognise the signs of stress and burnout, understand when someone may be struggling, and learn how we can support one another more effectively.
A happy team is a supported team, and when people feel listened to, understood, and valued, they’re able to perform at their very best. That’s exactly what this workshop encouraged us to reflect on and take forward.
And of course, the delicious breakfast spread was a very welcome bonus too!
