Welcome to .farmshop near in Cornwall… 🌿✨ This was a very welcome lunchbreak location in the heart of Bodmin moor and somewhere I’d love to return to every single day… ☕️

I met Jen, owner of Charlie’s, who shared her journey with me, having only been open a year, this beautiful spot is a MUST for anyone visiting the area on their adventures. 🚐

Named after her dad, offers the most delicious cakes, scones, coffees and teas, as well as a selection of freshly prepared salads and sandwiches. The cheese toasties and filled focaccias are rude not to, they’re incredible value for money.

With ample seating inside and out, a riverside walk through the village and plenty to stock up on in the Farmshop itself, it’s very easy to get lost in this bubble for a good few hours, as we did. They’re dog friendly too, Ziggy was treated to a few biscuits and lots of love, we were made to feel so welcome and will definitely be returning. 🫶

Third time filming with Gemma at Gemma Edwards | BearSoul Wellbeing and I really enjoyed this shoot with her in her Bearsoul Cabin - so cosy & inviting, the perfect space for a wellbeing treatment if you ask me... 🌿

Gemma hosts incredible wellness events and retreat days, both at home as well as across the UK (and even overseas), but for this shoot, she wanted to focus on her wellbeing treatments… as she offers hot stone reflexology and reiki too. 💫

I’m excited for Gemma to be able to share more of her treatments through our video content over the coming months - and do check her out, she has so much on offer over the next season. 🍃 🍂

So. There’s a lot of trends out there right now, it’s exhausting isn’t it?!… 😳

I’m also writing this in my own words rather than using AI to write my captions, because I feel I need to stop doing it personally, but that’s a whole other post!

Today I wanted to share the hex code and a little background on this newest colour trend, in case you find this sort of thing useful! (I know I do)

Firstly, yep, the internet has decided as a collective that “Butter Yellow” is the new in-colour when it comes to text on things… so, let’s all channel our inner dairy cow and take a quick look at this…

I’m not sure who “created” this trend, but I’m pretty confident it’s in the running for colour of the year haha.

It has followed the fashion trends of late, where this colour palette (a rainbow of pastels were fashionable last year) and they hit runways in 2025… and I haven’t to admit, it’s a really satisfying colour when I’ve been playing around with my designs. 🎨

Butter Yellow started running through textiles and decor and now it’s all over our Instagram (if not yours, it’s definitely all over mine right now)… and I’m here for it! 🤗

If you’re looking to bring a trend into your own content without needing to film a mock true crime documentary opening or cover a carousel post in “kind of chic” type content, look no further… you could try injecting a thin spread (get it hehe?!) to dip your toe. 🧈

You could try it as a background colour, within a Reel cover, a thin photo border or even as text colour over a photo - just like I have done here. ✨
