EDIT: The road looks to be open still for cars and no resurfacing is currently being done.

Please remember Clifton Road is closed between 9am-4pm today.
We will update if the road is re-opened earlier than planned.

The shop is still open for online orders and people able to walk to us.

ROAD CLOSURE ⛔️

Unfortunately, on Monday 4th August, Clifton Road is being resurfaced meaning the whole road is being shut from 9am-4pm. Due to the road closure, there will be no access to vehicles to our shop.

We haven’t had the exact details but looking at the Via in Nottinghamshire website, it says the closure will be from the mini roundabout at the beginning of Clifton Road (near The Victoria Tavern pub) to the the little bridge over the Fairham brook, just before Clifton.

Originally, after emailing Via earlier in June, they mentioned Clifton Road would be closed for half a day maximum on the 5th August, which had now been changed. We have emailed Via again for an update, but we are still waiting for a reply.

We are sorry for any inconveniences this road closure may cause, but it is out of our hands. The shop will be open as normal on Monday for people willing to walk or place orders online.
