I have been teaching my yoga classes for almost 2 years and have absolutely loved it. I’ve met some wonderful people along the way and have learnt so much!

I have been offered an exciting opportunity to teach yoga which I am thrilled about!

To my existing clients - I will be running up until Thursday 8th February and then this will sadly be my last class. If you haven’t yet attended a class you’re very welcome to come along for £8. Please DM me.

Hello! My classes are back on Tuesday 16th January. I have my own yoga studio on the ground floor of the Oldknows Factory NG3 4GN. My classes are all £8 Pay As You Go with no weekly commitment. I have 3 classes per week:

➡️Tuesdays 9.30am-10.30am
✨✨Toddlers in Full Swing.
I use songs and music to encourage toddlers to try different yoga poses. Nothing is forced and it’s all very relaxed. I then include some sensory and a chance for you and your toddler to swing in the hanging silks. It’s the ultimate bonding experience.

➡️ Tuesdays 11am until 12pm AND Thursday 1pm until 2pm
✨✨ Rockabye Babies
A wonderful fusion of baby massage, yoga, postnatal stretching, singing, sensory and the ultimate relaxation in the hanging silks for you and your baby.

➡️ Tuesdays 9.30am until 10.30am Toddlers in Full Swing. Suitable from walking until 4.
➡️ Tuesdays 11am until 12pm Rockabye Babies suitable from 8 weeks until your baby is walking.
➡️ Thursdays 1pm until 2pm Rockabye Babies suitable from 8 weeks until your baby is walking.

Apologies everyone you may have noticed that my page has been hacked! I’m now a shopping page- amazing. How kind are these hackers to see a baby yoga page and think “ooo I’ll hack that” lovely.
