We were delighted about a donation today to the very worthy Broxtowe Women's Project Ltd to help fund the hire of a community venue for the charity’s wellbeing sessions.

Broxtowe Women’s Project does an amazing job providing vital, trauma-informed support to women, children and young people affected by domestic abuse – helping empower them to rebuild safe, independent and fulfilling lives.

The £500 donation, presented to Broxtowe Women’s Project CEO Colette Byrne by Georgia Petch from our community pavilion and Pencil Works contractor GEDA Construction is one of many community contributions we are making through our £21m Stapleford Towns Fund’s social value commitments.

The donation was made at the Pretties in the Wood charity shop, Eastwood.
