A few themes kept coming up throughout the day: 📊 Using data to make better decisions rather than relying on assumptions 🤖 The growing role of AI and how it can improve efficiency without losing the human touch 🌿 The continued expansion of wellness offerings as clubs look beyond traditional fitness It’s always valuable to step away from the day-to-day, hear different perspectives and see where the industry is heading.
