3 simple things to get lean and keep you lean all year round.

It’s that simple, seriously!

Sleep… this is key to most things in life
7-9 hours every night, go to bed at the same time and wake at the same time each night! Sleep rhythm

Nutrition… whole foods only and eat the same SIMPLE meals on repeat, fall in love with boring, it works!

Movement… train with INTENT, yeah you can train but train with purpose, make it HARD, always make it HARD

It’s that simple!

Get these in order and you will thrive

☀️ MY GO-TO SUMMER DRINK SWAPS 👇

You do NOT need to avoid going out or stop enjoying summer to lose weight.

You just need smarter choices MOST of the time.

Here’s what I personally swap:

🥤 Full sugar drinks → Zero sugar / Diet versions
🍹 Cocktails → Spirits + zero mixers
🧋 Frappes → Protein iced coffees
🍺 Pints/ciders → Lower calorie options or spirits
🥛 Thick milkshakes → Protein shakes with ice
🧃 Smoothies → Whole fruit + water/zero drinks
☕ Syrup coffees → Sweetener + almond milk
🍔 Heavy BBQ sauces → Lower calorie sauces

One iced coffee, cocktail or “healthy” smoothie can easily be 300-700 calories 👀

The problem is…
Most people drink their calories without realising it.

Small swaps done consistently make a HUGE difference over summer without feeling restricted.

My favourites right now:
🔥 Protein iced latte
🔥 Coke Zero with fresh lime
🔥 Zero sugar energy drinks
🔥 Sugar free squash + lots of ice
🔥 Sparkling water with lemon

Fat loss doesn’t need to feel miserable.

You can still enjoy BBQs, holidays, weekends away and summer nights while making progress 💪☀️

They rely on routine

They train when they don’t feel like it
They eat well when they don’t feel like it

That’s the difference

Your body changes after 40.

So your approach has to change too.

What worked in your 20s:
❌ starving yourself
❌ smashing cardio daily
❌ weekend binge drinking
❌ random workouts

Usually stops working.

Now it’s about:
✔ consistency
✔ recovery
✔ muscle maintenance
✔ daily movement
✔ structured eating

The goal isn’t to destroy yourself.

The goal is to become someone who can stay lean long term.

That’s the real transformation.
