Corporate hangover is a real thing, I’ve experienced it and it looks like this:
➡️ Waiting to feel ready to move as no one is pushing you
➡️ Waiting to be chosen, no need, you’re backing yourself
➡️ Waiting for approval, finally you don’t need it
➡️ Waiting for the “right time”, there never is one, or it’s always one, you can view it either way!!

In your corporate life, someone else decided when you got promoted……Online, you decide your positioning.

If you’re 40+, you have more commercial instinct than most people posting advice online. You don’t need permission, just make the decision to do it.

At last it’s down to you alone …..go for it.

You didn’t lose your edge, you just went quiet online or maybe you never got going? Let’s fix that!

Whether you’ve been in business a long time and your results are solid or you’re just launching your second act career and thinking your online presence feels… well….muted, this isn’t a motivation problem.

It’s a visibility shift.

The way people discover, trust and choose businesses has changed gradually over time. Probably while you were busy running the actual business.

– fewer enquiries coming in organically
– social media feeling louder, younger and oddly exhausting
