Rating client request 1 to 10, all in good funšŸ˜‡

The good news? Every single one gets done quickly. It’s one of the things we’re proud of.

Most ecommerce brands do SEO backwards.

Jewellery’s a good example. There are loads of blogs out there on how to choose an engagement ring, or what a tennis bracelet actually is.

That stuff brings in browsers. Not buyers.

The collection pages, where people actually buy, are sat on page two.
Someone typing ā€œdiamond engagement rings under Ā£2000ā€ isn’t researching. They’re shopping.

If you’re not ranking, a competitor gets the sale.

Sort the pages that convert first. Collection pages, product pages, non-branded keywords with buying intent.

That’s where the organic revenue is.

Going digital sounds simple. Delivering it isn't.

Most family jewellers we meet are running two businesses at once:ļæ½
1. a busy shop floor,
2. and a digital operation held together by systems that don't quite talk to each other.

But the hard part was never the technology. You already have what digital brands spend millions trying to build.

Trust. Reputation. Relationships that go back generations.

You don't need to change who you are. You need to make what makes you special visible online.

Sound familiar? Tell us where you're stuck, we read every message.

Every client we work with speaks in feelings first. Which is fair, because that's how people buy jewellery, and it's how they judge a website too.

"It needs more personality" usually means the site feels like a template, but nobody's sure whether it's the type, the spacing or the stock photography doing it. "Can we make it brighter?" is rarely about colour. It's about wanting someone to land on the homepage and actually feel something. And "nearly there, just a few tweaks" means the layout's close, but something in the hierarchy still isn't sitting right.

We've got pretty good at hearing what's underneath. Swipe for five we get on nearly every build, and what they usually turn out to mean.

Credit where it's due to our UX/UI designer and dev team, who never take a note at face value and always dig for what's actually being asked!! šŸ‘šŸ„³

Great two days at at Olympia London.

Our stand didn't stop, and it was good to see so many jewellers genuinely interested in moving their business online.

Another highlight was Amad Tababa speaking about how to do that without losing what makes you special, which is the bit everyone actually needs to hear. (Especially family jewellers!)

Thanks to everyone who stopped by. If we didn't get a chance to speak and you'd like to hear how we can help, do reach out. We're always happy to have a chat.

Hi, new here? We’re .digital, the team behind the digital side of a lot of jewellery and watch brands. Head to the page for part 1 and everything else we’ve been making šŸ’šŸ¤³

Five more shots worth filming:
A wear test shows the piece in action and answers the question everyone silently asks: how does that sit on an actual person.

A box reveal builds the anticipation, which is half of why people buy jewellery in the first place.

A movement reveal keeps things from feeling static.

Workshop moments show the craft, and nothing sells a handmade piece harder than watching it being made.

POV angles give the whole thing a bit of personality and put the viewer in the room.

Same rule as part 1. You already own everything you need to film these.
And if filming your own content is the last thing you’ve got time for, that’s what we’re here for.

Mario Kart, weddings, Scotland, industry events, helping clients with theirs, first aid training, snacks that (scientifically) fuel everything, and Seun's well-deserved promotion.

This is what's actually been going on.

We regularly attend events like Trade Event because we’re the digital partner that independent jewellers across the UK actually trust.

Whether it’s Berry’s, Fraser Hart, or emerging makers building their first online presence, jewellery brands choose Emrise because we don’t just say we understand this industry, we’ve spent years proving it. Many of our clients have been with us since day one, and they keep coming back because we consistently deliver.

You can’t apply a hospitality agency playbook to fine jewellery. The storytelling is different. The customer journey is different. The margins, the trust-building, the content that actually converts.

We know how to position craftsmanship online. We understand what independent jewellers are up against when competing with the big names. And we know how to make them visible without compromising their brand.
That’s why we’re at CMJ event.

Amad Tababa, founder and director of Emrise Digital, and Hussein Taha from Squash Media Group are speaking at the this Thursday.

Their talk is on something we think about constantly as an agency specialising in the jewellery industry: how family jewellers build real online momentum without losing what makes them special. "Preserving tradition, driving growth: how family jewellers can thrive online."

We're exhibiting too! Come and find us at stand G10 on September 2 and 3. It's the largest B2B jewellery trade event, and we'll be there if you want to chat about where your online presence is headed.

If you're running an independent jewellery business, it's worth half an hour of your time at this year's Jewellery Show.

During our visit to Ayr, we sat down with one of our earliest clients to hear about their journey with Emrise and Autify.

After years of partnership with Ian, we asked why he’s trusted us with his brand from day one.
Watch to hear his take on how we’ve grown together, understood the jewellery industry, and delivered what actually matters.

The full case study is on our website.
