Paul and Garry are delighted to share the news that we have appointed five new Directors here at Print & Display.
Over the past three to four years, the company has grown significantly. In recognition of their efforts and achievements, particularly during this time, we are delighted to welcome Paul Edwards, Sam Turton, Rob Selby, Liam Mitchell and Hattie Manson-Coates to the Board of Directors.
Each of them brings something different and incredibly valuable to their role.
Paul, our very first employee, has been with us since 2003 and will become our Director of Client Services and Customer Relations. If you know P&D, you know Paul, cool, calm and collected.
Sam joined us in 2005, baby faced, wearing a suit and tie. From that moment on, he has led our design team with pride and the highest standards. He now becomes our Director of Design.
Rob has been part of our factory team for almost 20 years now. He is the older brother we all dream of, taking care of any issue or dilemma we face. Having served as our Factory Manager, he will now become Director of Facilities.
Liam has been with P&D since early 2019, and in the last year has stepped into the role of Production Manager. Despite having been in the role for less than a year, he has already made a significant difference to how we manage and deliver jobs, through the changes he has implemented. Liam becomes Director of Production.
Last, but by no means least, is Hattie, eldest daughter of our MD, Paul. Hattie joined us in 2019 as Production Assistant and has since progressed into a more people-focused role. She now becomes our Director of HR and Finance Director, a huge responsibility and one that she is already thriving in.
This is a huge and incredibly exciting step forward for Print & Display. Our five new Directors have a genuine care for the business and carry with them the same determination and pride that Paul, Garry and Stuart initially started up with, back in 2003.
They have all seriously stepped up for the company and have become five key pillars of Print & Display, helping to keep everything moving forward during a period where our MD Paul has had to take a step back due to health reasons.
It is reassuring to know that the business is. continuining forward in the hands of people who understand it, care deeply about it and share the values on which it was founded.
Their appointments are thoroughly deserved, and we are incredibly proud to welcome all five of them to the Board.
Please join us in congratulating Paul, Sam, Rob, Liam and Hattie as they begin this exciting new chapter with Print & Display.
