Shropshire Design & Print are looking for a full-time
SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Do you feel at home managing the multiple & varied strands of a small, forward looking business?
You’ll be working right at the centre of our business, keeping your finger on the pulse and taking every opportunity to drive the business forward. The main contact point for our customers, you will need to be a really great people person with a ‘can do’ attitude, and a flair for creating solutions on the go, and the ability to then make those solutions a reality
The role is heavily customer focused, but you will also need to be able to assess the costs, schedule the work and ensure the materials are there ready for the job to go ahead, so on top of those great people skills you will need to be an accomplished administrator too
So, if you’ve got those great people skills along with a flair for admin and an eye for the detail, and experience of ‘getting stuff done’ then we would love to hear from you
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to join our team here, with really strong sales and administrative skills, experience of organising projects and happy to pull their sleeves up and muck in – so practical ability too
With particular responsibility for the sales of the business, purchasing and production planning you will be a core part of our team here at SDPS
