When it comes to Facebook advertising a big question is: how much should you spend on Facebook ads? Coming up with the answer is tricky, there really is no magic number as there are lots of different factors which determine the amount of money you’ll need to spend to achieve the desired outcome. When advising clients on ad spend we normally look at some of the following areas;
💥The type of business and who you are trying to reach.
💥What are your objectives and how much do you plan to make in return?
💥What information do you have on your customers? Eg. User personas? Customer lists, Email lists?
💥Have you run ads before? If so, we look at whether you’re website pixel has been seasoned and whether you have built out warm audiences.
💥What is your average order value? Or what is a lead worth to you?
💥What is your abandon cart rate / website conversion rate?
