Running a business and being time limited is hard enough, but particularly when you’re in the hospitality industry🥹

That’s not me down grading other businesses and their work load, all businesses find they don’t have enough time for social media on top of running their insane business and doing what they are good at.

⏳Hospitality businesses, however, particularly restaurants and pubs, can start at around 11am/12pm and not close till 11pm/12am. That’s a whole 12 HOURS they are working, which really does make you think… what time do they ACTUALLY have to do anything other than run their business?

🥰That is the exact reason I started my business specialising in hospitality. I’ve seen it first hand, and witnessed it for 5+ years when working in the hospitality industry myself.

🥺I watched managers and staff struggle, and unable to focus on broadening their business because they have no time.

🙏🏼I helped and created content for 15 pubs, day in and day out. Content created to push towards their ideals customers. I saw how much this helped and thought, I really quite enjoy this! I especially see how much it has helped these people with their businesses and that’s what I love about my business the most, is seeing the looks on peoples faces at what I’ve done to help them out.

Sharing positive reviews creates trust and credibility, turning potential buyers into confident customers. This boots your sales by showcasing how satisfied your customers really are with your business!

It also allowing you to showcase the best aspect of your restaurant. Whether it’s:
-The delicious food
-Excellent service
-Unique atmosphere

These features help you emphasise what sets your establishment apart from others.

➡️Reshare stories customers have tagged you in-
This is a form of word of mouth marketing. It amplifies the positive word of mouth effect, reaching a broader audience and potentially attracting new customers. It encourages engagement on your social media platform and opens up conversation with potential customers about your service.

➡️Respond to comments on your posts-
It’s important to respond to comments on all of your posts for the following reasons.
-It builds relationships

As we all know, instagram was first introduced as more of a “photography” platform. Since this, it has always been a very heavily aesthetics based platform.

Good photos/imagery from businesses can be all the hooks you need, especially in the hospitality industry 🍔

A feed that is aesthetically pleasing, easy on the eye and eye catching, captures people’s attention and stops the scroll, is all you really need for it to become your best seller.

You don’t always need to trust those people that say you have to post 3 x a day in order for you to see those results 🤗

That’s simply not true. Having a good and consistent posting schedule that suits YOU it what’s important. That doesn’t need to be 3 x a day 7 days a week.

I now post 4/5 times a week which works so much better for me and my business and means I have more time to create content that actually CONVERTS and worth looking at!

I will still be able to show up regularly enough too without completely disappearing on my audience🫣

Some examples of content that I would utilise if I was a restaurant owner!🍕

➡️Create a reel of your menu or a specials menu of the day that you might have- if you want to go the extra mile, take videos of each dish before serving so potential customers know exactly what they’re getting!

➡️ALWAYS post for social occasions eg Easter, Halloween, Christmas. Let people know any deals or events you may have.

➡️Do a “meet the team” post- this is where it gets personal. Potential customers really get an insight into what the atmosphere would be like when coming to your restaurant.

➡️Always keep people up to date with any offers or deals you have going on eg 20% off for today only.

➡️Show people new dishes that you have in- show this off! You know you’ve worked hard for it!

These are only a small minority of examples for content that you can use as a restaurant owner.

Who would’ve thought spending time putting hashtags together would really help other people?👩🏼‍💻

We have worked on this hashtag library for a long time, continuously adding in more value and more research to make it the best in the industry. I started this library when I was an influencer and since then have of course, picked up a whole load more knowledge and new research strategies💻

I have created and compiled this to fit most niches I can think of so that it can be purchased by more than one industry. Once purchased it can then be kept forever, at an insane price if I do say so myself 🫢
