Our next business event is Monday January 23rd at 10am on zoom. This time we are putting in the foundation work of planning 2022. Of course plans are always drafts right, we never know whats around the corner but our foundations are what we fall back to in tough times! Join me and other members of to get 2022 off to a flying start.

Hi! Nice to meet you! I'm Jenny, founder of Before. During. After and also of . I am a mum of 2 and have been teaching yoga for coming on 10 years. Many moons ago I studied entrepreneurship and marketing, completely unsure as to how that would show up in my life during my early career in hotel hospitality! Ive always been creative and filled with ideas so slowly but surely that degree has come in useful. My personal goals are all about creating freedom and flexibility in my own life, enjoying the ebb and flow of work life balance and being present for my family. Professionally my goals are based around creating platforms that fuel those who access them with whatever they are seeking, to be the one who say yes, asks had questions and listens for they answers and who can be counted on for support, whatever that my look like!
