Airbnb isn’t a real marketing strategy for your STRs and Holiday Homes.

Get ready to buckle up 🏇🏇🏇

Airbnb is a massive online sight that has a lot of views and users. It make STR hosts feel safe and stable when it comes to bookings.

Yes.

But it’s a false sense of safety.

With any online app or website, it could be banned or closed down at any point.

Just look at TikTok in the USA right now.

Or governments trying to tackle housing crises in holiday destinations. Something will have to budge.

Look at places like Amsterdam that only how people to rent their STRs out for 30 nights per Calander year.

This type of approach is growing and STR hosts need to pivot and ahead of the curb before everyone else.
