My name is Ian, and I'm one of the Directors and owners here at Geek. "The one who signs the cheques" isn't quite descriptive enough.

So, let me clarify:

My primary function at Geek is defining the vision—setting the course for the ship and making damn sure we only chase worthwhile horizons. It's about knowing where we need to be tomorrow so the team can execute brilliant work today.

It's a job that requires trust. You hire the best talent, the veterans who just built that stunning new website and then you let them work. I hold the reins just long enough to point the team in the right direction, then I let go. That's where the real magic happens.

When you deal with Geek, you're dealing with an agency that is clear on its value and strategic about its future. My job is to ensure that never changes.

Hi, I’m Cleo, Creative Director at Geek.

My role’s all about making sure the work not only looks great but means something — shaping ideas that have purpose, attitude and a bit of nerve. I love projects that ask tricky questions and give us space to surprise people with the answers.

My name’s Alex, and I’ve been at Geek since day one. Over the years, my role has evolved significantly.

I started out wearing just about every hat possible, but as we’ve grown and built a more specialised team, I’ve been able to focus more on the bigger picture. These days, I mainly oversee projects and make sure everything runs smoothly across the board, though I still like to stay hands-on when I can.

Outside of work, I’m usually out and about, hiking, camping, heading off on trips, or out on the bike now that I’ve got my motorcycle licence. I’m also a big fan of film, so a good cinema trip is always on the cards. My vinyl collection is growing fast, and when I’m not doing any of that, I’m usually spending time with my dog — he actually listens to me!

Let me introduce myself... I’m Lucy!

Hey! I have been with Geek for 9 months as a Digital Marketing Apprentice!

Since starting, I’ve been getting stuck into an array of different things — from writing blog and social media content to helping manage our email marketing and bringing campaigns to life through visuals and graphics.

It’s been really exciting to explore each area of digital marketing and see how all the moving parts work together to tell a story, and to see which areas I enjoy the most.

Outside of work, I’m very close with my twin, and we’re rarely apart — whether we’re out shopping, catching up over coffee, or just chatting for hours about everything and nothing. I also love spending time with my partner, usually doing something simple like a cosy movie night or out and about.

When I’m not working or socialising, I’m usually diving into all things makeup and hair — trying out new products, testing styles, or just getting creative for fun.
