Cascade Colour and Style Cascade Colour and Style helps clients find the colours that make them look and feel their best. I also lost some weight and needed to buy clothes that fitted.

In late 2019 I started treatment for cancer, lost my hair and had radical surgery. I looked at clothes and had no idea what to buy. I decided to have my colours and style analysed and researched local Colour Me Beautiful consultants. I had a fun session with a lovely consultant and left feeling vibrant and confident. Over the next few days, I found myself walking taller and dressing with confidence. Knowing my colours made me feel so great that I wanted to share the knowledge I had gained with other people. Cascade Colour and Style was born!

Nearly 7 years ago I was given a breast cancer diagnosis. With a 5 cm lump, I had six cycles of chemotherapy, which meant I lost my hair.

Then I had a mastectomy.

After I recovered I was confused by my new wavy hair and different body shape, so had colour and style consultations, which helped restore my confidence.

I understand what cancer sufferers are going through.

I can't give medical advice but I am able to help cancer sufferers find confidence by helping them discover their best colours and/or style.

During October, £5 from each consultation will be donated to the Breast Unit at Peterborough City Hospital where I was treated.

I've been growing out my bleached silver grey and it had got to the point where there was around 3" natural colour with a line where it met the bleached bit. I decided to try grey blending, and yesterday was the day. After about four hours in the salon I left with a natural looking colour, that is very close to my natural colour.

Best of all, I love it!

Your hairdresser should be able to advise you on cool and warm colours that stay consistent with your palette.

I was growing out my silver bleaching and there was about 3 inches of darker growth. I discussed grey blending with her and this is what she did yesterday. My hair colour is now much closer to my natural colour and I love it!
