Mid-table performance… but an escape’s an escape.

Had a great time at Capella Computer Solutions’ Cybersecurity event last week.

We explored cyber breaches, common attack vectors and the best ways to keep our businesses' safe online. The highlight had to be the escape room - super interactive and genuine good fun.

I feel very lucky to have met the director of Mick George, Jonathan Stump, yesterday for a coffee.

It was great to hear more about his experiences and perspective first-hand.
I have a lot of admiration for what he’s built and how his mind works.

We spoke about mindset, entrepreneurship, future goals and collaboration.

Conversations like this always remind me how powerful the right environment and mindset can be.

Last week ended on a high note with an unexpected gift from a client: an Osmo! 🤯

The content creator geek in me is thrilled, but this is more than just a tool.

It’s a vote of confidence.

A sign that my client doesn’t just trust me to grow their business; they believe in my vision, my process and my dedication to their business.

I take that trust seriously. I show up, dig in and invest myself fully in every client, because when you succeed, I succeed.

That kind of partnership hits differently. I'm so blessed to experience it with all of my clients.

Everyone’s “using AI” now.
Very few are using it properly.

Use it to move faster.
Not to think for you.

Use it to:
⚡ Remove friction
⚡ Speed up ex*****on
⚡ Systemise experience

Not to outsource strategy.

Same prompts = same thinking = same results.

You’re the edge.
AI just amplifies it.

AI is just the engine.
You're the driver.
You still choose the direction.

AI is here, and it’s here to stay.

The winners will be those who learn to balance automation with human judgment, creativity, and strategy.

When I launched BMO - Brand, Marketing and Optimisation, a lot of people told me it would be 'too much to juggle', 'pick a niche'.

Multiple clients.
Multiple projects.
Multiple moving parts.

What most didn’t see?
Behind the scenes, I was already using AI as a tool for automation, systems, and leverage.

AI gave me the power to distribute my expertise properly, with systems, without burning myself out trying to be everywhere at once.

Not to replace thinking. Not to rely on for strategy.

To remove friction. To add automation.

Now, people are finally catching on to it.
AI isn’t about shortcuts.

It’s about focus.
It gives you back time.
It gives you scale.
It gives you optionality.

And in my opinion, the real winners over the next few years won’t be the biggest companies…

They’ll be the smartest small businesses.
The ones that can move fast.
Test quickly.
Adapt without five layers of approval and clearance.

Speed + strategy + AI = unfair advantage.
That’s the game now.
And it’s only just getting started.

Use it to move faster.
Use it to think better.
Use it to scale.

But don’t outsource your brain to it.

And the biggest takeaway?
If you’re still only using Copilot, you’re already behind. 😄
