Cottonfrog is a long-established, growing uniform, embroidery and garment decoration business based in Plympton, Plymouth. We're looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our friendly, close-knit team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machinery and working within a busy production environment.
Essential Experience
- Operating multi-head Tajima embroidery machines (our production machine is an 8-head Tajima)
- Working with Wilcom embroidery software
Setting up jobs, colour changes and machine adjustments
- Quality checking finished garments
- Managing production runs efficiently and accurately
- Understanding embroidery files, digitising principles and thread management
