As a company we are quite proud to be members of the Carbon Savings Trust. What does that mean? For every sheet of paper we buy, we pay an extra premium and this goes into a collective pot which then pays for the planting of trees in Newton Abbot. We have just been told that along with our colleagues we have planted another 12 acres so we have quite a forest going on now! They also send us little snippets of info and I was quite surprised to read that by using Quorn instead of meat the Carbon Emissions are 90% less !!! I am not a vegetarian but have started using Quorn for things like Chilli, Spag Bol and other pasta dishes - who would have thought !!!
