Well when things go wrong they certainly go wrong. This week has been a week of issues. Suppliers sending wrong garments more than once. Deliveries not arriving when they should. Oh the joy of being self employed. I hate having to let any customer down but some things I can’t control.
Anyway it can only get better & Celine Dion and Whitney Houston are on repeat on Alexa.
Poor old Alexa has been shouted at more than once this week. At 1 point I even shouted Alexa turn the F***ng heat press off. Good job Alexa isn’t real. She’s a great fake employee though.

When you ask your customer if they mind you sharing a photo of an item you done for them & they send you a mini photo shoot.

OK this is something I do not like doing but over the last few months I have received emails & phone calls from people who claimed they had either not received orders or had faulty ones, When speaking to them or emailing them back it turns out they actually hadn't ordered from me at all, They had ordered from another company Personalised Gift Shop, but when they couldn't find contact details for them so they then googled how to contact personalised gifts and as one of my websites has personalised gifts & I have my contact number on my website they then call me or email me, so I just want everybody to know I am nothing to do with the Personalised Gift Shop & all I can recommend to anybody who is placing any orders online with any company is to check they have contact details and verify those details before placing any orders online. Personally I would not order from any company I didn't know unless I could contact them by telephone beforehand to verify they are a genuine company. I have tried contacting the company through their online form & had no reply so I can understand their customers frustration.

After an eventful day yesterday I am back in the shop today.
Good news is Meg’s root canal has worked so no more visits to the vet in Barnstaple for us.
Bad news on way back my car started playing up so I spent nearly 3 hours sat in Tiverton Services waiting for AA. Car is now in garage, so I’m sharing husbands car. So until I get my car back I might not be in the shop for my regular hours. Today & Tomorrow I will only be here from 9.30am - approx 4.00pm.
Please call or message before making a special trip.

Just a reminder that I’m closed on Monday as I’m off to Barnstaple with this crazy girl aka Meg. She’s got her final check up on her root canal treatment. Fingers crossed it’s ok and no more visits needed. She seems fine but this girl takes everything in her stride.
