Bore da! Lovely day! The hens are laying well so there are plenty of eggs in the box today!

If you haven’t used the box before I’ve done a little video 😁. Please take your eggs, put your money in the ceramic house, and flip the ‘sold out’ sign if you’ve taken the last box.

£1.40 for hen eggs and £2.80 for duck eggs

All our birds are in lockdown, stuck indoors, like the rest of the poultry in the country to prevent the spread of bird flu (they’re in it together with us 😂). Thankfully they don’t seem too upset and they’re still laying delicious and beautifully coloured eggs!

And then on Halloween we’ll fill the egg honesty box with goodie bags and everybody is welcome to come and take one!

(One per child so hopefully there’s enough for everyone who comes to the box!)

We support native rare breeds and by buying our eggs you do too!

This year we successfully bred 4 Brecon Buff goslings and these 2 are waiting to be picked up to go to their new home to hopefully keep the breed going into the future!

(Sorry the adults look a bit scruffy! They’re moulting!)
