Listen, I used to be so bad at this that I’d procrastinate, leading to letting people down, which led to massive anxiety attacks… eventually leading to a mental break.

WHAT IS THE MENTAL LOAD?

HOW CAN US MEN HELP WITH IT?

Something I hear and speak alot about, with the women in my life and business, is something called "The Mental Load".

The Mental Load is a term used to describe the invisible workload of managing a household and family, which usually is taken on by women.

It's also known as "worry work" or "cognitive labour".

It's not about carrying out physical tasks, but overseeing the carrying out of tasks.

You see, not only do women typically carry out the majority of domestic tasks, but they worry about the tasks that other members of their household carry out too!

I mean just look at the picture below!!

It's a perfect example of what happens!!

The thing is WE can help with this, guys!

If we can just start with managing ONE area of the household, like the kitchen, we can make a huge difference and make your partners a lot more relaxed and less stressed!

Not knowing how to run a kitchen efficiently, is no longer an excuse!

Why?
