Over the past year, we’ve managed over £2M in paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok and more.
And honestly, a lot of what people think works in advertising… just doesn’t anymore.

A few things that are very clear right now:
• “Set and forget” automation kills performance
• Creative fatigue is happening faster than ever
• First party data is no longer optional
• Scaling too fast destroys efficiency
What’s interesting is none of this is really about platforms.
It’s about understanding the customer journey properly.
That’s still where most businesses go wrong.
Since this was published, if anything, these trends have only accelerated into 2026.
