Many people beleive search engine optimisation is ‘just a website thing’ but it’s notttttt

What is search engine optimisation?

It’s a marketing method people impliment across thier websites and social media platforms to ensure thier content is ranked higher in the algorithm 📱

For example, when you search something on Google, Google then displays a page for you with a list of links (websites) that’ll answer your typed question.

The top 2-3 links will be ads that businesses have paid for…

But the ones just below that are the links ranking the highest SEO for the term you’ve searched!

As social media channels are rapidly growing, they’ve implemented their own SEO…

TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest (you name it, they all have SEO) and here’s how you can improve yours 👇🏻

1) Optimise your profile

- Your name
- Your header
- Key words throughout your bio

2) Optimise your posts

- Use keywords in your captions
- Add text to your Reels
- Add hashtags to all your posts

3) Your comment section

- Reply to comments using keywords
