This is a project l particularly enjoyed doing,the council surveyor asked us to remove the existing skylight’s and board over,l suggested we leave them in place and board over everything as this would save any disruption to classrooms and also mean no interior decorating would be required.
He agreed,and l think it turned out very well !!!😊

Last summer we were updating our progress on a large project but failed to show the final result.This was a 1500 sq mt area involving a two layer tapered insulation scheme manufactured by Bauder.
This is the finished article.I hope this was of interest .

Our latest project....been underway for about eight weeks.Approx 1300 sq mts...overlay existing with Vcl,two layer tapered insulation,underlay and mineral capsheet.
It’s coming together nicely now!!👌

Remove chippings,install warm roof insulation and apply a two layer high performance felt system including all associated timber works.Approx 1200 sq mts

4 No. dormer roofs completed yesterday,5 more today,the final 3 will be finished tomorrow,this will complete the project.The weather has been perfect and the contract has gone well! on to the next one.

Main roof completed today including final waterproofing to skylights.Weather was perfect and job completed in good time (bearing in mind the Christmas break).We will issue a 25 year warranty on receipt of full and final payment.

Back at the office today,started installing the mineral top layer.Lovely day for work...mind you it was a pretty good day for golf 🏌️‍♂️ as well!!!!
