Issue 3!

Fans of FLO’S MAG are in for a treat 💫.

Our next issue (issue three, out April) is going to be a whopping 64 pages! (Issues one and two were 48 pages).

This is due to demand from advertisers for space. I am so grateful to everyone involved in the magazine; from design to photography, advertisers, contributors, proof readers, printers, readers and those willing to have copies in their shops/cafes for people to pick up 🙏.

This project has exceeded my expectations in such a short period of time.

HERE SHE IS! 💫 Our issue two front cover…

‘Telephone Cat’ by Conor Clements from .

Portsmouth based artist duo Lara Kester & Conor Clements collect a variety of vintage books and discarded materials to create collage based artworks with a nostalgic feel. Cut Up Club also facilitates workshops for adults and children to express the accessibility of collage as an art form, alongside the joy of creating something new from repurposing old materials.

You can learn more about their process, artwork and upcoming workshops via . They also sell original artworks, handmade badges and printed designs on Etsy.

Just a thing of beauty… 🌸

After a long awaited rebrand I’m so pleased to share this work for .beauty.retreat starting with a website redesign. After migrating to Wordpress (special thanks to for your support) we created a whole new look and feel that was about a luxurious escape with all the benefits of a responsive design.

Strong themes of putty and dusky pink with delicate peonies helped bring an identity to the business to be applied throughout the print, shopfront and more.

New Website ✨ 💻✨

Well, it’s not that new anymore but I’ve been kinda busy and I needed the share this beauty!

Headromance already had great branding in place and just needed to update their online presence with a clearer price list page, a showcase of their photos and icons and a more modern responsive site. We made the booking CTA easier and clearer and simplified everything so it’s much easier for the user to navigate.

What a dream when there’s so many assets already in place and it’s just a case of cohesively bringing them together.

For those that made it to the event you’ll have heard Sophie and the panel touch on these subjects and this easy to follow resource will help you explore the topic further.

There’s also some free print at home menopause posters for the workplace to help raise awareness, because who doesn’t love a freebie right?!

Design and build of a simple brochure website for my client The aim with this project was to create an online home for contacts and clients to get in touch directly with Michelle for boutique concierge and lifestyle management services. With most of Michelle’s work being highly confidential we focussed on the overall feeling Michelle wanted to create, simple, professional and trustworthy.
