What are you doing to promote, push and embed parity this International Women’s Day?

Around the world, not a single country has reached gender parity, in terms of employment, rights, education and safety. Sweden came closest, with Swedish women accessing 89% of what Swedish men can expect from life. Good try, but it’s still unacceptable.

Let’s raise awareness and drive change – why are the women in organisations still not experiencing work exactly the same way as their male counterparts, on all levels and aspects? How is your culture playing its part?
