PRESS RELEASE - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Fifty2M Launches Groundbreaking Back-To-School 'Therapy' Programme for Charity Marketers

Preston, United Kingdom

Those traumatised by the six-week holidays are invited to get over it by launching a new campaign with the agency's help.

The initiative is designed to support working parents who have just endured 42 gruelling days of mediating sibling squabbles, coordinating expensive seaside day trips, and attempting to run Q3/Q4 marketing budgets while pretending they didn't almost leave their youngest on a bus.

A spokesperson said: "We realised that what these charity marketers needed wasn't actual medical therapy, but rather the therapeutic bliss of getting stuck into a brand new, highly effective promotional project where nobody asks them to make a packed lunch."

Donors don't like funding your marketing costs, and nor do big grant funders, so how do you grow your charity? 🤔

It's a question we've been grappling with over the past year for our existing charity clients, and this is what we've come up with!

Over the years, we've proven very effective at creating strategic partnerships, and so this plays to one of our strengths.

In a nutshell:

1️⃣ You appoint us to run Facebook and Instagram ads designed to help you achieve your growth ambitions

2️⃣ We find a suitable corporate partner, with aligned values and interests in reaching the same audiences, who fund the work

3️⃣ We build and run co-branded ads, landing pages, and emails that get you both loads of visibility and drive conversions

It's great for you - you get access to our expertise and leverage the power of Meta's platforms to connect you with potential service users, volunteers, supporters, and donors, without spending a penny.

And it's great for the corporate partners we bring to the table - they also benefit from our expertise, and reach brand new audiences, but they also get to flex their CSR credentials and enjoy the 'halo effect' that stems from being seen to meaningfully support a good cause. Not only that, they can see their money making a difference (that's important to businesses) and get something tangible and measurable in return, not just the promise of a vague 'reputation boost'.

If you'd like to know more, find out if your charity might be eligible, and then register your interest in our pilot scheme, head to our website here https://www.fifty2m.com/funded-ads-for-charities

Hey, charities, want us to at least 2x your money with Facebook ads?

That's what we just did over Easter for a small national cancer charity:

We turned an ad spend of £7,100 into £15,300 of donations, that's an £8,200 surplus to spend on their charitable mission.

Not only that, we recruited more than 500 new supporters in the process, many of whom will go on to give again in the future.

When done well - the right targeting, copy, creative, donation process, and conversion tracking - Facebook ads are a great way for charities to grow their revenues and supporter base.

Stop trying to win your traffic back from AI tools and do this instead 👇

We're ALL missing out on organic search traffic these days thanks to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, AI Overviews in Google's search engine and other LLM tools.

And it's rubbish.

The time was when we could count on being able to attract website visitors with informational blogs, how-to guides, and listicles matched to the keywords people were typing into Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other search engines.

For instance, someone would type "how to change upvc door lock" and every DIY brand, lock manufacturer, and locksmith in the country would be vying for clicks with their guides - written instructions, instructions accompanied by step-by-step photos, and, eventually, videos too, supported by checklists and FAQ pages.

Snagging traffic got eyes on brands, showcased expertise, and would influence or even instigate purchases.

Now, the same query will tend to be asked with a much more detailed and descriptive prompt, and AI will provide all the instructions required.

The traffic for the lock businesses? Practically nonexistent in comparison.

There's no point fighting it. Instead, just roll with it and adapt.

How? As we explain in our latest blog: by building interactive online tools that address the true intent behind people's searches where there's a sniff of commercial opportunity.

Going back to our lock example, the most likely reason for someone asking how to change one? The current one is broken. A seller of replacement locks could turn this into a sale with the right online tool:

"Use our free tool to diagnose your malfunctioning lock and get expert advice on how to fix it, along with an accurate price to replace it should a repair prove impossible".

Read more, and discover why even AI says this is a smart strategy.
