As we step into February, we’re taking a moment to look back at January. And for us, it wasn’t about dramatic reinventions or shiny new resolutions. It was about small wins and being kind to ourselves.

With a team full of wonderfully different personalities, unwinding looked very different across the agency. From crafting sessions with colleagues and lunchtime dog walks, to the occasional after-work curry and a pint. Little moments that remind us how important it is to pause, connect and recharge.

Now, as we head into Feb with a spring in our step, we’re bringing that same energy with us, plus a growing buzz around some exciting new client pitches.

The last few weeks, we’ve been deep-diving into AI with John Paul Toher at Human Kind - exploring how tech can sharpen the way we think, create, and move.

Not to replace what we do.
To elevate it.

To cut through noise. To move faster. To stretch ideas further than before.

We built, tested, questioned, learned - not because AI is shiny and new… but because we’re never finished learning.

And here’s the real takeaway:
