I have just finished an internal comms project for a big American food company called ADM. They wanted a big idea for the interior of their new head quarters in Switzerland. I based the design and new brand language around an idea focused around the people who work for the company worldwide with exchangeable stories and news on large LCD wall panels around their office. So here the workers become the real heroes of the company!
