During a colour consultation I’ll often refer to some shades that can be done in block with great effect from head to toe. Conversely there will be a couple of shades that look effortless when incorporated in to a pattern or small detail such as the light apricot on my new earrings that I picked up yesterday in Les Gets. I love a good holiday purchase as whenever I re wear these earrings I’ll be transported back to The Alps and all the panoramic scenery that I’ve been soaking up this week😎.

Do you buy occasion-wear in advance, before you have an “occasion” to go to? I often find myself doing this as finding items that work for me in a hurry never works. My advice, if you find something that ticks all the boxes then buy it in advance for an occasion that is sure to follow☺️.

When colour, fit, proportion and confidence come together, the results speak for themselves.

My beautiful client had a number of styling challenges to navigate. Being petite meant we had to carefully consider scale, print size, dress length, waist placement, fabric weight and volume and overall proportions to ensure the outfit enhanced rather than overwhelmed her frame.
