A website shouldn’t make people work hard to figure out who you are.It shouldn’t leave them scrolling around confused, trying to work out what you actually do, whether you can help them, or how to even contact you.

The best websites feel calm. They guide people naturally. They answer questions before they’re asked. They help people feel reassured enough to take the next step. That’s the side of website design I care about most.

Not just how a website looks… but how it makes people feel when they land on it. The goal is always clarity, trust, confidence and making it easy for people to reach out.

A calm, supportive wellbeing clinic focused on helping people feel more like themselves again through specialist care, comfort and confidence.

💚 Thrifty Mobility
A straightforward, honest local mobility repair and servicing business supporting customers across Norfolk.

What I love most is that neither website looks the same — because good websites should reflect the business behind them, not just follow one template.

One needed to feel calm, compassionate and reassuring.
The other needed to feel practical, trustworthy and easy to contact.

Pretty websites don’t automatically bring enquiries.
