A stunning grazing table at with and that genuinely left me STARVING because every single bite looked unreal 🤤

Sunny networking mornings with ☀️

And helping .marie in the centre of Rawtenstall continue making people feel confident, glowing and gorgeous in their own skin 🫶🏼

End of a busy week… and this is what it looked like 🌿

Walking 4 miles over the Rossendale hills, chatting with local business owners, sharing what we’ve all been up to without the pressure of “networking.”

It felt fresh.
It felt energising.
And it felt real.

Sometimes the best connections happen when you stop trying so hard and just walk in the sunshine ☀️

I used to be a hoop jumper…But now?

I throw the hoops in the direction I’m heading. 👋🏼

Because here’s the truth. You didn’t hire me to play small, stay quiet, or second-guess every move. You hired me because you don’t have the time, the headspace, or the insight to see how your business can truly stand out and grow online… and that is my zone.

In the early days, I’ll be honest, it’s tempting to soften opinions, to over-accommodate, to keep jumping through hoops just to keep things comfortable.

Posting content you've spent hours creating for it to fall flat? 🫤

Yep... we have all been there. And unfortunatley some of us still are!

It hard to remember every one of the long list of things we must do to make a content get some engagment.

Having a good hook ✅
Rembering if you're using hastags or not using hashtags ✅
Standing on one leg while posting ✅
Only posting when wearing green socks ✅

But here are some pointers that can help you consider why you content isnt performing.

By the way, your content isn’t bad; it’s just hard to read. People don’t read every word. They scan for value, and if they don’t spot it in seconds, they’re gone. That’s beyond frustrating when you’ve spent so much time on your content.

You have 3–7 seconds to grab attention, make your point, and give value.

So, if you're guilty of big blocks of text, complicated sentences, or no clear takeaway? That’s a one-way ticket to scroll city 🫠

Instead, make your posts:
✔ Skimmable, not overwhelming
✔ Easy to consume
✔ Clear, punchy, and valuable

THINK 👇🏾
✨ Short lines.
✨ Headings.
✨ Bullet points.
✨ Bold statements.

Make it obvious why it matters, and make it worth their scroll. 💥
