Project spotlight: A custom CRM system designed to simplify course scheduling, bookings, and training management.
This project included a fully interactive weekly calendar, trainer scheduling, booking management, candidate/client tracking, course management, user access, results, holidays, and more all brought together into one clean dashboard.
Built with usability in mind, the system helps reduce admin time, improve visibility across the business, and make day-to-day operations easier to manage.
