Session Social is a boutique social media and marketing consultancy looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its expanding team. We are a client-focused team looking for passionate and creative people who would take advantage of an opportunity to increase their skill-set, and gain varied experience in digital marketing.
This role includes international travel around four times per year (all expenses paid) and experience with clients in a variety of sectors from retail to non-profit. Paid social campaign management experience is necessary for this role and third sector experience is preferable.
You must be driven, be able to work independently and as part of larger client teams, and have a creative mindset.
What will I be doing?
Paid social campaign creation and management
Daily management of social media communications with client’s communities and interested parties, building relationships with existing and new audiences online
Daily monitoring and reporting of social media activity
Community management across all social media platforms liaising with client’s in-house teams and helplines
Contribute to the development and delivery of social media strategies
Growth of social media networks and audiences
Development of relationships with social media influencers
Writing and editing copy for all departments as required
Reporting and content planning
Contributing to the development of new online resources and projects
Support on press releases and email marketing as required
Organisational and administrative support
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

What skills do I need?
Proven experience in digital marketing, communications or social media
PPC or paid social experience
Third sector experience an asset
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics
Excellent Organisation and Communications Skills. As this role includes working with individuals in various time zones, and within medical professional communities, it’s important to be organised and communicate effectively. You must be confident speaking on video conferencing and within larger teams.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
When can I start?
• Flexible on hours, needed for 37.5 hours and specific set meeting times weekly for international conference calls
• Position in our office located in Redcar, or working remotely within the UK for the right candidate
