A fresh new name & brand for Tidy Bites 🤤

Originally called Baguette-U-Like, this family-run bakery & cafe based at an industrial unit in Tonyrefail has almost reached a mouth watering 30 years in the catering business 🥪

With an appetite to feed more mouths, they came to me wanting to shake their brand appearance up – something that would appeal to their new found audience doing door-to-door food deliveries during the Covid-19 pandemic 🚪🚐💨

Tidy Bites is a cheeky challenger brand that emphasises their feast sized fillings, all while embracing their Welshness by using common Welsh slang and mannerisms that are used by their staff and customers 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Thank you to mother & daughter duo Mandy & Rosie Davies, it’s an absolute treat working with you guys! 🍰

Band logo and artwork for musician & vocalist Marek Ball ✨

Marek’s inspiration for the artwork and sound of his new music endeavour ‘Marek Ball & The Canine Flashbang Scandal’💥was based on his vision of a fictional neon lit club that’s settled in a seedy rain soaked city 🌃

I wanted the logo to be something you might see at the fictitious venue. The name lent ideas to an exploding dog, which led me towards the distinct shape of the balloon animal 🎈

Blending pop rock, pop punk, emo and brass 🎷their music will feature a narrative that’s woven into their live shows.

With such an eccentric name and genre influences, I’m genuinely curious and looking forward to hear new music from these!⚡️

Poster design for the breakfast champions Denny's 🥓🥞

I was approached by Denny's UK 🇬🇧 to create a poster for their Swansea diner that celebrated their American roots 🇺🇸

During my research I found that Denny's had been established for 66 years that year, so decided to create a piece that was inspired by the historic Route 66 highway on which so many of their franchises branch off of 🏜🛣

So thrilled to see her sports therapy business AG Sports Therapy go from strength to strength! 💪

Offering treatment for people with sport and general physical related injuries, Ashleigh has worked alongside everyone from grassroots teams to professional athletes as well as volunteering at Olympic and Commonwealth Games🥇

✍️ Artwork design for the very special single Y Bobl, written by Cân i Gymru 2021 finalist and family friend, Daniel Williams.

🌊 A song about the dark legend of a storm that sunk the ancient Welsh kingdom of Cantre’r Gwaelod, drowning its people beneath the Cardigan Bay.

✨ Beautifully performed by Lily Beau, her voice has a magic quality about it that leaves listeners with goose bumps.

We play Y Bobl fairly regularly in our household and each time the song reaches its climax there’s more often than not a lump in our throats – especially with the emotional ties we now have with the song.

🎭 Incredibly, the song writing contest which featured Y Bobl has been made into a brand new stage show called Anthem, which you can see at the Wales Millennium Centre - Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru between 30th March – 10th April, starring Lily herself.

An industrial logo lockup design for plumber and gas engineer Gethin Parry.

Orange was the theme right off the bat to tie in with his bright orange VW Transporter van – which is impossible to miss when driving back and forth jobs throughout the Rhondda.

Simple but effective industrial logo designs are some of my favourite, so I’m really pleased with the outcome on this one!
