"Why do you need a 10k square foot shop in a prime location on the high street for a print shop?" Well we don't (even with us expanding and other things going on and my ability to keep buying equipment thats way to big for a small shop. Yes we have outgrown the water street shop and it has recently slowed work down as we have so much going on and are tripping over ourselves).

That's why as part of us taking on the new shop we have (with a little help from our freinds) setup High Street Hwb - Which is a non for profit community interest company.

The High Street Hwb is community focused and 100% non for profit.

The building (the old Gala Bingo Hall above hoxa at the top of the high street) that we have taken on has been empty since 2014 and had fallen into disrepair and missuse. The instant we saw the space our minds started racing... the building has 10k square foot of open space, kitchen, bar, various offices, toilets etc... we couldn't let it sit empty any longer so went all in and took on a BIG project.

With High Street Hwb we are planning to operate a shared working space, pop up shops (we started in a spare bedroom as a "side project" while working a 9-5 dont forget - we want to give others a chance to grow their dreams without having to worry about setup costs, bills etc with a view to transitioning into them taking on an empty premesis in rhyl / denbighshire to reduce empty retail space), weekend markets, community events and much more...

The list is pretty much endless as we have so much space avalible and a great location to make the building a thriving community hub and give back somthing to the people of rhyl who have supported us all these years.

And yes our print shop will be there too in its new home - ready to support the community 😀

Myself and the other directors are working around the clock to get this up and running for the community of rhyl and denbighshire. So far it's all self funded and none of the directors stand to make any personal gain - we just want to give somthing back - personally I got to the Hwb at 8:44am yesterday and left at 1:00am today after a long day of moving rubbish, fixing things and a LOT of painting it's now 3am and I'm writing this.. its either dedication or insanity...

Printing and cutting - this is a batch of 500 stickers printed free of charge for a local charity. We can print and cut any size and shape of sticker - don't recognise this as our regular printer? That's because it's not. - more news coming soon about what we are doing in the background 😉

Who printed it better - us or them? First image with the square Facebook logo is from a local competitor who apparently checks everything 😳... one with the round facebook logo (current Facebook logo as well 😉 ) is printed by us... shocking what some companies charge for. We focus on quality with everything we do. Added to our print queue to be done free of charge for this charity.
