Although our SeaDog.IT business is "digital" - fundamentally we're all about helping people do their “thing” online - whether that's sharing, selling, informing, engaging, educating - or, occasionally, entertaining.

Once in a while, all that "techie" stuff behind the scenes reminds but simultaneously energises us when we recall that all those pixels, programs, plugins & code can help showcase tangible, beautiful art.

Sure, NFT's are a "thing" at the moment - but I don't think we will, or should, ever get tired of enjoying art in a physical space, - be that in a gallery, installation or (best place IMHO) a home.

So it was an immensely pleasurable experience to slip into the Heseltine Gallery in Truro a few weeks ago to view the work of - and especially our client - Maxinewa Artist

As a Cornish artist living on the wild, North Atlantic coastline she’s been inspired from a young age by the beauty of the landscape around her.

(Any organisation should utilise a secure, consistent and professionally managed email service. This is especially critical for local government organisations - both from the perspective of data security & protection but also under the Freedom of Information Act. Oftentimes, Councillors continue to use private, family or even their own business related email accounts for council related communications - putting themselves and the Council at risk.)

Kudos to Councillors Quethiock Parish for being such great "students" at this morning's Wordpress website training session! With current cybersecurity concerns in the news, it was good to demo how our security plugins help keep their .gov.uk site secure!

We set their new Councillor up with 2FA for additional login security - as well as taking him through the "how to" for routien site tasks such as posting news, meeting minutes and managing media.
