Life is about perspective. Our existence is just a blip in the timeline. It's a beautiful way to view life and ensure you live yours fully.
Imagine condensing Earth’s 4.5 billion-year history into a single 24-hour day.
Life evolves, ecosystems emerge, and the world as we know it takes shape in mere moments.
• 4:00 AM: Life begins. The first single-celled organisms appear in the oceans, marking the start of life on Earth.
• 8:30 PM: The oceans are teeming with life. Sea plants emerge, laying the foundation for future ecosystems.
• 8:50 PM: The seas come alive with jellyfish and the earliest multicellular fauna, adding complexity to marine ecosystems.
• 9:04 PM: Trilobites roam the ocean floors. The Burgess Shale form, creating the building blocks of early marine life.
• 10:00 PM: The first plants colonise the land, forever changing Earth’s landscapes.
• 10:15 PM: The first land animals emerge, venturing into this new world dominated by plants.
• 10:24 PM: Forests spread across the continents, and winged insects take to the skies, pollinating plants and laying the groundwork for diverse ecosystems.
• 10:45 PM: The age of dinosaurs begins. These magnificent creatures have dominated the planet for over 160 million years.
• 11:39 PM: The dinosaurs vanish in a mass extinction, allowing mammals to rise and diversify.
• 12:59 PM: Just before the stroke of midnight, humans appear. Our ancestors embarked on a journey leading to civilisation, culture, the establishment of religion and various ideologies, and the world we know today.
