Neither of them needed this qualification to prove they could lead. They did it anyway, with Distinction. 👀

Layla MacFadyen and Rosie Presland were already running full-time teams at Parenta, no qualification required to prove it. So when both completed the Level 5 Operations Departmental Manager Apprenticeship with Distinction, on top of their day jobs, it said something bigger than "well done."
