Logo design for a family business that sells sports wear

Wings + Alligator tail + A

I decided to revise one of my favourite logos, Flying Alligator.
I wanted to design an alligator logo without actually creating an alligator. by using the letter A and extending the left side to represent a tail, I think this works pretty well.

Negative space padlock + WiFi

I love the outcome of this logo, seamlessly blending together wifi and a negative space padlock, I also modified the A in safe to form another padlock. Custom typefaces are definitely something I want to get better at.

Logo design for a café in the town’s centre

Cloud + negative space mug

This project was really fun to work on, the logo was made up of a cloud and using negative space I created a cup in the centre. I used the color blue which I felt worked well in relation to the clouds and the chilled vibe they were going for.

The design process is different for everyone some go straight to illustrator and others create ideas using pencil to paper.

Drawing for me feels like it’s more forgiving and flows better and is also just a great exercise to redo a past logo of yours or to even create something random ✏️ 📄
