We’re excited to share that our CEO will be joining a panel at SCALE UK in Brighton on 9th–10th June, hosted by Lisa Roads.

She will be speaking alongside leading property founders Dale Smith and Richard Bond in a discussion on “What Does STR Leadership Look Like in 2026?”

This is a really important conversation for our sector.

The short-term rental industry has evolved rapidly in recent years. Businesses are scaling, expectations are higher, operations are more complex and leadership today looks very different to when many of us first started.

As companies grow, leadership naturally shifts - from being involved in every detail to focusing on building strong teams, creating effective systems, protecting company culture and ensuring sustainable growth without compromising on standards or core values.

With regulation, AI, consolidation and changing guest and owner expectations shaping the future of STR, leadership in 2026 requires resilience, clarity and continuous adaptation.
