Recently, I filmed and edited a lived experience video for an Autism Strategy Event, working with Hertfordshire County Council and NHS partners.

The film captures what it’s actually like to move through mental health services as an autistic person, and how training, listening, reasonable adjustments, and the right support can make a genuine difference.

It was a privilege to help shape this piece, and it gave the audience a powerful reminder of why truly listening matters.

I have been using Photoshop for 33 years and still use it today for my Tiny Moon Media projects. Over the holidays, I thought I would test some of its new AI capabilities, especially when retouching and bringing my parents’ old photos back to life.

This video shows some of the original photos, the retouched versions, and the moving versions. Mind-blowing stuff when you consider that, when I first started, you could only work on one layer. It is incredible to see how far it has come, now at version 27.3, and how it continues to evolve while still helping us tell human stories.

Healthcare Stories That Matter: Capturing PALMS

We had the privilege of producing a video project for PALMS, a specialist NHS service supporting children and young people with autism and intellectual disabilities.

From neuroaffirmative care and Positive Behaviour Support to psychiatry and crisis response, this film helps families and professionals understand how to access the right help at the right time.

Working with an amazing and compassionate clinical team, we set up a portable 4K studio and transformed one of their offices into a full filming space, capturing stories designed to educate, reassure, and guide.

A big day at !
I attended The Media Production & Technology Show at Olympia London — a full-on, high-energy dive into the future of media.

From inspiring keynotes (Ross Kemp’s talk was a standout) to hands-on workshops and next-gen tech, I took in everything from virtual production to post workflows, audio, AI, and beyond.
This event was a valuable opportunity for Tiny Moon Media to keep learning, stay sharp, and stay connected to where the industry is heading.

Big shoutout to the team at Western Digital – my business card was picked out of the hat, and I won a rugged SanDisk hard drive! Apparently, I’ve designed the best-looking cards in the business 😎

🎥 Supporting Better Lung Health – Pulmonary Rehabilitation in Action
I recently had the privilege of filming and editing a video for Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust, showcasing the vital role of Pulmonary Rehabilitation in helping people with lung conditions breathe easier and regain their independence.

This free, NHS-led six-week programme combines tailored exercise and expert education to support patients with conditions such as COPD, bronchiectasis, and interstitial lung disease. Through interviews with both staff and patients, the video highlights how pulmonary rehab helps people improve their fitness, confidence, and quality of life.
Hearing directly from patients about how this service has helped them walk further, feel stronger, and manage their breathlessness was truly inspiring.

Giving Young Carers a Voice 🎥 💬
Tiny Moon Media had the privilege of filming and editing the Carers in Hertfordshire Young Carers Conference, where 120 incredible young carers came together for their annual event.

This year’s theme focused on the importance of taking a break, something so vital yet often overlooked for young carers who balance school with their caring responsibilities at home. Their resilience and dedication at such a young age is truly inspiring.

🎥 Excited to Share This Project! 💬

I recently had the privilege of working with The Valley School in Stevenage and the SEND Mental Health Support Team (MHST) to create a video showcasing their incredible work in supporting students, staff, and families.

From one-to-one interventions to group workshops, the MHST plays a crucial role in helping young people with special educational needs get the mental health support they deserve. Seeing the dedication of the teachers, staff, and Education Mental Health Practitioners in action was truly inspiring! 🙌

For this project, I filmed on-site and then edited a shorter and a longer version of the video, shaping hours of footage into engaging films that bring their message to life. I also had the chance to animate the SEND MHST logo and slides, adding a creative touch to the final piece.

A huge thank you to Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and everyone involved in making this happen! It’s always an honour to use my filmmaking, editing, and animation skills to tell meaningful stories. 🎬✨
