We’re on the hunt for a proactive and focused individual to take ownership of our day-to-day finance operations as the studio continues to grow.

🔹 Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week
🔹 Flexible around the needs of the business
🔹 Suitable for those with bookkeeping, accounts or finance admin experience

🚀 We’re looking for a Finance Co-ordinator!

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and focused individual to take ownership of our day-to-day finance operations as the studio continues to grow.

The role will involve implementing scalable finance processes and taking care of:

🔹 Invoicing
🔹 Credit control
🔹 Bank reconciliation
🔹 Xero records
🔹 Vat support
🔹 Payroll admin

This is a part-time, permanent role, around 20 hours per week, including three days at our studio in St Albans. It will suit someone with bookkeeping, accounts or finance admin experience looking for a new challenge.

🥂 A brilliant night of celebration for Team Launch

Last night was a fantastic evening for the studio at the UK Company Culture Awards, where we were recognised as finalists for both Best Team Culture and, specifically for Charlotte, the Leadership Award.

A huge credit to Team Launch and the culture being built day to day across the studio, along with special recognition for Charlotte and the leadership, care and structure she continues to bring to the business.

It was great to be out together as a team, celebrating each other and the positive working environment being built here at Launch.
