One of the advantages of travelling home is meeting equally interesting creative entrepreneurs. I met a gorgeous woman last night on a flight home who had attended a course and was fired up about her next chapter and how her business can grow. Sharing ideas and experiences not only helps others but also helps you relive these moments and grow in yourself.
Whilst this last year has been challenging with family pressures I have been slowly developing my next chapter in the background. Will be excited to share when the time is right.

Haven't posted my own work for a while. A lot of my work has focused on mindfulness and wellbeing. It's very important for everyone aged 0-100. Working with youth for a number of years, alongside my own tribe, I recognise the need for supporting their growth surrounded by the increased pressures of today.
One of my recent projects was making this 'Wellness trolley' as a leaving gift to my children's Primary school. From books to tactile toys to calm all the senses this was a fun project.
